The Guys Cliffe House Annual Garden Party Open Day this year will take place on Sunday 28th June 2009. The Garden Party will be open between the hours of 12:30pm to 5:00pm.

Entry into the grounds will cost £1.00 per person with children under 16 yrs free. All persons under 16 yrs should be accompanied by an adult. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

Parking:

Free parking will also be made available in the locality outside of the property and disabled parking will be available within the grounds.

Tours:

Tours of certain parts of the property will be available, including the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene and Guy’s Cave where Sir Guy of Warwick sought refuge within a sandstone cavern hewn by his own hands, his inscription left as a lasting reminder.

Donations gratefully received which help with the preservation efforts of the property. Memorabilia will also be available for purchase along with a range of light refreshments.

Not normally open to public visitors the Annual Garden Party offers the public a rare opportunity to enter the grounds and experience the property closeup.
